Crazy couple, her husband lost the stick then blame us. I place high on honesty and absolute cannot withstand her behaviour!
1 year ago (edited)To clarify: the desk was missing critical tilt-support stick. We checked carefully afterwards and confirmed it was not lost during transport. The part was clearly broken before yet were not made clear to us. Seller insisted it was there, but eventually refunded me in full. I appreciate the refund, but want to note the item was not as advertised (“like new”). Sharing this so future buyers know to request a full demo of all functions before paying.
