went his place, msg him no response for an hour. finally replied ask me to wait/change to another time. called his mobile never pick up tell me in meeting. asked to fast deal immediately cos I'm already at location, tell me he left. looking at his pattern in reviews, curious what excuse he's gonna give this time. he's the kind u see promising everything deliver nothing. gd luck dealing with him.
