My husband forgot to give the seller $1 in change because he was in a rush to return to office for a meeting. Seller later left feedback questioning his credibility. This is not fair to my husband. He only realized that he forgot about the $1 change after reading the feedback. He tried to make it right but seller turned down his offer. If only seller had spoken up at the point of transaction! My husband would certainly have returned the $1 and not have his credibility questioned.
