very difficult to deal with. she wanted to pick a courier outside my usual couriers so i asked her to book the pick up. she didnt want to so i did. her brgy was non existent in the couriers to the only option was for her to pick up in nearest lbc. i shouldered excess sf. now she's insisting i shouldve picked jnt. i just offered refund despite but she went on and on. all this wouldve been avoided

if she booked her preferred courier bec in the first place i said GRAB or LBC from our area. despite me offering refund and shouldering excess fees just to serve the order, and offering refund just so that she wouldnt feel ROBBED of this transaction. she still went on and on with the blame game.

All this would've been avoided if YOU didn't change the courier to lbc without my permission. Now I have to wait for my refund instead of canceling it right away. No matter how much you complain, the bottom line is you still changed it to a courier I DID NOT agree to. This is why communication is key. You do not decide for your customers. Look at your reviews and look at mine. My sellers praise me while multiple of your buyers complain about your awful behavior.
