Buyer was not satisfied with her purchase which is 100% her right. However, I provided several compensation options including return&refund with postage fee covered by me, but she would not accept anything other than her keeping the item and I refund her half the price… 20RM was already a bargain. I regret disappointing her but there was also lack of fair cooperation on her side.
It was totally your fault for not checking it out before sending and claimed to be excellent condition? How am I not cooperating when you only want things to be done on ur terms only? I even washed it first before asking for half price?
