Buyer put in offer n arranged to meet up, but always cancel last min with various reasons then in the end just change his mind
I understand your disappointment, but the cancellation was due to an unforeseen personal emergency, which I communicated promptly. Since no transaction took place, I feel this review is unfair and does not reflect my conduct as a buyer.
