❗️❗️❗️建議有興趣買家賣家❌❌❌ 1. 不要為她hold 住貨物，因為她會一而再，再而三更改交易時間(佢2星期内改左4次交易日期，最後直接消失🤥 2. 不要相信她的excuses, 每次也誠懇表示有事要改時間，最後到第n個交收時間直接人間蒸發。🤬 3. 不要等她超過十分鐘，因為她會遲大到，而且她連交易地點也去錯，我天真以為佢唔識路等佢，最後等左我半個鐘有多，最後都係交易唔成，自己lunch 都無埋😭 4. 最後一定要佢make offer，等自己有機會留個差評比其他買家賣家知嘛😉
