Great seller to deal with! Prompt delivery! Smart pac was out at the post office and she topped up to registered mail for me without me having to pay additional amount. Very appreciative of her help! Item in good condition too:)
Buyer top up for smartpac but smartpac was lost for about 2 weeks plus with no status reflected on tracking system. Buyer couldnt wait for item and went to buy her own while i was calling singpost every other day for status update. Item was returned to me stating that buyer mailbox was full which she said wasnt as she checked everyday.(No way to verify this truth). She wanted a full refund since she already bought one.I refunded but i truly felt this violated principle of honour & responsibility
Paid fully but did not receive the item and yet got a bad rating and a lot of unnecessary stress from seller. I had to chase seller for the item and was initially told that seller was not going to do anything about it. Tracking number given to me was invalid and after 2 weeks, the purchased item did not arrive. Item then appeared back with seller. Paid $35 for item and topped up for postage but settled for a refund of $33.10 as seller refuse to refund full. Just have to count it on my bad luck.
Buyer is very prompt in response and is a hassle free transaction. Pleasant transaction! Great buyer to deal with!
