Requested for free mail, then decided for friend to meet me, then got me to contact her friend, said will transfer payment twice but did not, friend ignored me then finally she ignored me also... She got no reason to justify her actions okay, not when she pretended that nothing happened

Tried to deal with ms. cat today. Agreed meeting time 11pm and place at dakota mrt. I arrived early before 11pm. Waited until 11pm only to hear from her that she is still at work. But prior to that, she kept on asking me to deposit first the payment before delivery of the item. For my safety i did nit agree. But she kept on insisting that's why i agreed to deposit minimum amount. Please beware or be careful in dealing with her. I think its a scam.
