Bought electric drums. The charger was broken and I had to replace myself. Made mistake of not testing as seller had disassembled during collection. Should have insisted on testing - At least virtually. Not clear if charger was damaged in the collection process or before.

Communication was good! Was an overall smooth and hassle-free transaction :-)
was told that the item was in brand new condition by the seller but there were scuffs, dents on the edge & crack on the camera 😞 would appreciate if seller had inform me beforehand 👌🏻
Buyer did not view the item description and pictures, and asked for a refund though i asked to check first before purchasing the item. I also continued to keep in contact with her regarding ways to resolve any dissatisfaction. Thought it was all well, did not hope for negative remarks, dear. 😞
Great buyer. Hassle-free, prompt on time. Thank you so much!
Seller was quick to reply (and friendly!) and despite her friend being the one passing it over to me, she made sure I was able to get it in time! Thank you so much!(:
