Kept changing timing and date. Even when agreed to pay extra to meet at my convenience( in his bio ) he still kept changing the date and time. Twisted his words as if he thinks people do not comprehend what he was trying to mean. Deal at UR OWN RISK. Unreasonable and seriously no point in dealing with such a person.
Don't bother dealing, claimed we were meeting at the mrt when i clearly stated my convenience for a discount. When i agreed to meet at an mrt, he wanted to change to an mrt at his convenience instead, 2hours before supposed deal time. Crazy dude, dont waste your time.
2h is reasonable, even offer some other options like mailing

At first he was keen & asked for a nego ($19). I said okay if he could transferred within 12hours. Then he said okay & needed slightly more than 12hours (around 2+pm will transfer). I agreed. Message him at night to ask for payment, he said couldn't transfer $19 only can do $20 & requested for the $1 change to mail back tgt with the item. I said okay if the transfer is done within 2pm plus Now he MIA-ed ??? At least have a sense of responsibility to say if you are not interested anymore.
