purchased 15 shutters in total and 7 are not in working condition. They agreed to change, we tested it and it was okay. but the next morning when i gave it to my colleagues, 2 of which are not in working condition again. intermittent problem. i tried using 5 different handphones to test. as their terms and conditions, seller refused to change. now i need to cover the cost of these 2 shutters. to all future buyers, pls check a few times and make sure that it is in working condition.
