She blocked me without seeing my explanation. She jumps to the false conclusion without taking into account the fact that I was just recently rated perfect star and I also have a seller rating as a buyer. Why did this person gave an opinion without knowing anything? She asked so much things, but we never completed the transaction instead she just indirectly accused me. Defamation!

Item arrived na sira ung metal frame that wasnt obvious sa pics. Seller initially claimed she checked everything at di daw sira nung naship. After closely reviewing one of her pics, i proved otherwise but she dismissed it na mura naman daw ung item and this falls under "signs of usage" 🤦. These damages should be indicated separately. Requested return and refund (i'll cover sf) but was ignored na.
