Toys were described as “almost brand new condition”. But upon receipt, the stackup toy has a layer of stickiness around all the rings which i wasn’t able to remove despite several attempts to wipe them away. Seller became unresponsive after i probed on the toy’s condition. If they were items for myself, i would have let it go. But it is very irresponsible to sell toys in such condition meant for babies!
