Buyer took my item which is in good BRAND NEW condition Ezlink card and give me bad review because there is no cash value in the card when I sold it to him. Beware of such buyer who nip pick after transaction when he didn't enquiry in the first place. Very bad experience with him. People beware of this buyer. He might give you a negative if you are not careful with your advertising words. He might quote some words and make a big fuss about it.

I'm not concern about there is no value in the card. My point is seller listed the ezlink card as brand new but in fact it was used for transactions. When the item is listed as brand new, am I supposed to ask whether the item was used before? I checked with the seller and he said we have different definition of "brand new". What's the definition of "brand new"? Is seller's way of using the ezlink card in plastic fior transactions and sell it as "brand new" ethical? You be the judge.
