Nice buyer
My first question was to ask if his jacket has any stains. He said no very clean. But I received a jacket with more than 10 spots of poo-like stains. He attacked me when I raised the issue, and he even said ‘what do u expect for such a cheap item.’ It is not about the value, I only deal second hand items on this platform to save the environment but I expect sellers’ honesty and hygienic item.
Topshop White Denim Jacket EUR36/UK8/US4
HK$50
Many apologies for the inconvenience - I duly appreciate your feedback, and I have refunded the amount without any question. I understand there were few minor stains from wearing (not poop😅) However, please mindful about the manners and wordings when raising any complaints, as I believe maintaining a proper and decent manner in a situation like this is important, especially when the “full amount has been refunded immediately without any question” :) Thank you!
