After the 3rd attempt to change appointment, I checked on this buyers feedback n realized I'm not the first to be caught. Always busy n change appointment last minute. At the fourth attempt...Buyer says my place too far to deal n I made an offer to arrange for courier n buyer went silent after that. Super insincere buyer. Good luck to the rest of the sellers dealing with this buyer.
