The seller advertised the shoes as EU size 36, but the actual shoes I received were EU size 35. The seller explicitly listed the shoes as size 36 on the Carousell, which misled me into making the purchase. After i receiving the shoes, I tried them on and discovered that they were actually size 35 and completely impossible for me to wear.
UGG Platform Fur Shoes Pink Size 5
S$95
Buyer lowered the price by a lot and asked if her usual EU 36 would fit and I confirmed based on Carousell’s preset sizing. Shoe box was in the listing as well. After receiving and trying the shoes, she claimed she was actually a 36.5 and requested a refund. She did not research this model’s sizing beforehand and expected me to know her individual foot measurements. Not an ideal transaction.

Seller isn't trustworthy and he mentioned that the bag was in a new condition while it was majorly damaged and heavily used. When I mentioned this upon receiving the bag, he refused to accept and gave random excuses. Beware of dealing with him.
Bag was listed as like new condition and not brand new condition. Bag was not heavily used and buyer claimed bag was damaged after receiving even though it was not damaged when it left for delivery. Buyer cut price by 50% and yet still claimed that bag was sold damaged and expected brand new bag.
whole process was really quick.super polite and really nice.will buy from u again!
