The only lapse on my part was indicating the size as 9–12 months, since that was the size that fit my baby. I just failed to mention that it may not fit a chunky baby even within that age range.

As for the refund, I did acknowledge the buyer’s request, but I was simply too busy to process it immediately. I also felt that returning the item would just be a waste of shipping fees, especially since the item is already secure with the buyer and there was never any intention on my part to run away from the transaction.
