Seller had sold courterfeit/fake items. Confirmed many times throughout the conversations that they were authentic. When received the items were damaged. I then notified her and she ignored me. Seller had the audascity to write on my page and slander my reputation. I have contacted her bank, the police and Carousell. I highly urge you to reconsider to deal with this seller. This is a message Carousell has asked me to write. If you need proof I will provide it to you.

This seller was very lovely and easy to deal with. Her replies were prompt and caring and she was patient with me when I tried explaining something to her! Ha ha She looked after me with delivery and the entire transaction was a breeze! Look forward to my parcel very much 😊 Thank you!

Very friendly and accommodating about finding a time and place that suited us both. Thanks again!
