交收前一日已再確認時間,到交收日前1個鐘再話提早30分鐘及要求減價,明明已經傾好價錢, 叫人如何準備提前出門口? 小心這買家,睇佢之前comments原來也是慣犯 Please becareful of this buyer, he/she will request to reschedule and request price deduction on last mins and make the seller cannot obey then no reply at all. I even confirmed the time once again with the buyer on the day before we traded because of his/her previous bad comments and those are real bad comments.
