Great buyer to deal with!

Buyer purchased a bag that was listed 10/10 condition. The bag was delivered in a perfect state as I had never used it prior to selling it. Buyer used it for a week and got upset that the bag she purchased for 15$ was showing signs of wear already. She insists that the leather on the bag is bad quality, yet it is clear that the item is made out of SYNTHETIC leather. Although I am sorry that she is upset with the quality of Steve Madden items, I delivered the bag as described, in 10/10 condition.
