Easygoing buyer
A friendly client. She trains for general strength improvement, focus on shoulder and knees. Her stamina and strength improved greatly despite her age - I am impressed she could do compound, cardo and strength exercises. Her perseverance has led her to be able to complete all exercises with minimal break, leading to an improved stamina and strength. Fitness is a journey Keep going 💪 💪💪
