Very disappointing. Seller didn’t disclose that the item was already secondhand when they bought it. I thought it was brand new and only purchased last June, but it broke after just one game. Instead of taking accountability, the seller blamed us and even the courier. Transparency and honesty matter.

For transparency, the item was in a good condition when shipped. Your complaint was raised 10 days after delivery and the item was not inspected upon receipt. Because of this delay, there is no way to verify that the damage occurred during or after the delivery. It is unfair to accuse me of not taking responsibility w/o considering the facts (you even mentioned you managed to play 1 game). Buyers also have the responsibility to inspect their purchases upon receipt and report promptly.
Grateful for the smooth negotiation with the buyer who was very easy to deal with.
