I’ve never written a bad review before, however the seller lied about the condition of the item. There were stains and rips on the sofa bed and only offered $10 in compensation, not even half of what I lost. Now I need to waste my time to resell the item. As I used a delivery driver, I specifically asked the seller if there was ANY defaults which she said there wasn’t. Appalling and unfair.
