seller says item will be mail out soon but it has been 7 weeks and still no mail received. messages have also not been replied and ignored ever since.

seller said would mail out item in 5 working days but still havent received it after 2 weeks :-( and seller is not responding to my messages either will change feedback once she gets back to me
