Great communication

The seller was kind, honest, and informative, and gave a discount on both the product and postage. The package arrived safely with no damage, and even included a sewing needle to puncture the dried-up liquid in the tube (wish I'd been told about this beforehand). Thankfully, some hot water helped clear the pipe. So far, I'm quite satisfied. Recommended seller.

Oh the sewing needle actually comes with the product, so I think the product is meant to dry up that way? But I am still sorry for not informing beforehand😅

The best seller I have seen so far on Carousell being a seller and buyer myself of 11 years on the platform, smooth and easy process, quick communications! Thank you Rizq!
