Very irresponsible & insincere buyer. Negotiated so much frm my initial offer & finally I managed to let him have it at his budget. After accepted his budget offer, he wants to reduce the price again. He even gave excuses that he,ll be overseas that week & will collect next week when I asked his contact, name, as well as the date he would like to collect. No news after then till I engaged him again & I'm so angry that his reply is "No longer interested." Don't do this to any seller. Be kind.
