Made an offer and showed how keen he was to deal and told me to wait for 2-3 days to deal. Naturally, I accepted his offer and rejected other offers that were made. 1 day before dealing, told me that he wish to back out without any reason. Deal did not go through and I lost all other potential buyers. 1) If you're not keen, don't make any offer. 2) If you're keen, be responsible with your offer.
