I’m sorry you felt this way, but some points in your review are inaccurate. Regarding the book-number mismatch, I understood we had different editions, so I offered to meet centrally to swap them. I was accommodating and tried to find a solution, although you weren’t very flexible. This was a separate issue that I didn’t even raise in my own review As for the sticker books. You didn’t send pictures beforehand or mention that they contained no stickers, which makes them essentially useless.
