I prioritized her offer before others since siya nauna ko nakausap, clarified and confirmed if sure buyer before asking her to finalize her offer, reservation was done. Then she promised to pay after 3 days, which is the 15th. on the said date sabi nya kinabukasan na lang since bagyo. dumating na kinabukasan, NO REPLY. Though seeing her online, It took her 2 days more dun lang siya nagreply just to say nagastos niya pambili due to the typhoon. JOY RESERVER‼️
