Buyer complained because there were signs of usage on the item. I offered to retrieve the item and reimburse the full cost + shipping but she refused. Moving forward, i suggest for buyer to manage her expectations or ask questions proactively before deciding to buy second hand items.
7 days ago (edited)The signs of usage are one thing, but having actual holes is different. It was listed as “lightly used,” but it already had two noticeable holes. If I had more time that day, I would’ve returned it, but we were leaving in just 2 hours, so I had no choice but to use it for my hike. Unfortunately, the holes got bigger after using it. I usually buy preloved branded items to save money, so I’m disappointed. It felt like a disposable item since I could only use it once.
