Made an offer and was told it would be paid the next day because suddenly went out of town, turns out it was a sign, since the form wasn’t even filled out. I followed up multiple times but got no reply even though the person was online. I patiently waited for 3 weeks. Don’t make an offer if you don’t actually plan to take it.
