Jon is very nice, very accomodating and answers all my queries. He knows well what he is selling. He even gave me tips on how to take care my first CISS printer. The printer is the cheapest with CISS. It works perfectly. Its brand new and legit because it has a product serial number code inside. Sa uulitin Jon!
