Prof Oak was very patient in explaining to me the gym programme and very nice about tailoring the programme according to my knee injury. He also added extra exercises as he knew I wanted to train my pull-ups. All in all, it was a very good consultation with him and he gave me the momentum to start and continue exercising. Highly recommend anyone to consult with him :) Thank you man!!
