Complete and I'm the original owner. Has been sitting around for decades since I tried it once as a kid and didn't like it. My Uncle who got it for me couldn't return it since I cut out the UPC for another game I liked called Barcode Battler. Just removing the soft plastic dust cover gave me nostalgia with that new cartridge scent. Other than the box everything else is in great condition due to lack of use.
