The first time I purchased from her all went well. The second time, it was for a product I didnt want shipping on so we had decided a meetup date. On the day of the meetup I was stood up at Dufferin station. Later found put she had apparently lost her phone, which I did help her find as I had her email. She didn't even reply to say thanks, on top of that I yet again had to take the initiative and call her to let her know I'm still interested, she replied saying we'd set up a date but has yet to.
