CUSTOM MADE Cocktail/Formal Dress

Selling for my sister who graduated elementary in 2019. Size: Small - top is adjustable (can make it looser to fit a medium - beads were hand sewn —> all are still intact - top is 1 layer of satin, 1 layer of lace/crochet with beads hand sewn - strapless but has cups on the inside Colour: off-white with a pastel yellow undertone Bottom: - 3 layers of tulle —> gives a bit of structure but is very light - 1 layer of satin - high-low: front stops above the knees and back stops right above the ankles Note: this is a custom dress - paid $150 for this DM for more info or photos
