Comfy red couch

Hello, I am selling my red couch. I recently stripped it, which means it is very clean. Only damage is to the bottom left and it is pictured. Note that you can’t see it easily. My condo is simply too small for 2 couches otherwise I would keep it. Please let me know in advance when you are coming to pick up as I have to reserve the moving elevator. Measurements pictured. I will say if you have a shedding dog don’t buy this.
