This is a tephrocactus articulatis papyracantus. Native to Argentina. This variety is hard to find. I've worked with flowers/plants for the last few years and have only seen this type once...which is when I bought it off a seller of exotic plants years ago. Those long white things are papery spines. Comes in nice white planter ready to go & grown with love. 💚
