It can be used in two modes by normal and extendaded. You are able to easily conver between normal and extendaded, anytime, with a button.
In normal mode, 8 devices can be connected at the same time. Each device has a transmission rate between 10 and 100 Mbps and a maximum distance of 300 feet.
In extendaded mode, 8 devices can be connected at the same time. Each device has a transmission rate between 1 and 10 Mbps, but a maximum distance of 500 feet.
Operates in 2 modes, normal or extendaded, with flexibility.
8 RJ-45 ports and 2 RJ-45 uplinks
125 W PoE budget
Extension of Power and Data - Up to 500 feet
Extendaded mode increases the maximum transmission distance from 300 meters to 500 meters on all eight PoE ports. Choose between 'Default' and 'Extendaded' mode based on your specific needs.
8 PoE Ports - Max Total PoE Power of 125W
Assign a total of 125W PoE power across all ports based on the device connected. If connecting eight cameras requiring 15.4W each, 125W power will be split equally to 8 ports.
2 Uplink Ports
The POE has an extra uplink port, making network setups easier and more convenient. With one uplink port connected to the router, the other uplink can be connected to another PoE switch, a NVR, or any non-PoE equipment, allowing you to save a port on your main router / switch.
High Power PoE Port on Port 1
The POE features a special design with Hi-PoE on port 1, allowing up to 125W of PoE power on a single port - ideal for high power devices such like IP PTZ cameras.
Note: Total power of all 8 ports cannot exceed 125W.
Built to high heat tolerances, the switch provides reliable power without making a sound.
